I regularly go for a nap on Sunday afternoons, which makes me a cat magnet. This was the view when I woke up one afternoon a couple of weeks ago.
I have Ted to thank for today’s pictures. He stood on his head and photographed the four cats in their banana-box under the dining table. It’s been pretty well chewed since the last time we saw it. I’ll have to pop to Tesco for a replacement.
I have just given the living room the sort of hoovering which makes interesting rattles up the vacuum cleaner, allows you to discover long-lost treasures under the sofa and surprises you when you discover the real colour of the carpet.
It’s now perfect to roll around on and indulge in a little light wrestling.
I am busy sewing and am part-way through making a bag. I’m hoping to get good enough at it to sell them on Etsy.com. Anyway, I tried to photograph my work-in-progress, but Milka thought it was a new rug for him. Of course.
A little portrait of Milka.
I missed yesterday’s post, because my son Ted is poorly. Some things are much more important.
Percy’s pretty pink toes.
I’m sewing again, because I just love making stuff and it’s a great stress-buster. Eventually I hope I will have made a tote bag. For the time being, it’s a work in progress. The ironing board is a cat-magnet and I have to chase them every time I need to press a seam.
Sneaky kip on the bed after the door was left open. Milka discovered the others and was just choosing the best spot to join in.
