I steal all my best ideas and this is no exception. I have admired the constancy of Lisa Stevens and Mark Pentleton who have each almost completed a daily project during 2010 so I’ve decided to try my own challenge.

The most beautiful things I see in my everyday life are my children and my cats. The children don’t like being photographed, but the cats have no choice. Furthermore, because we have two additions to our cat family (making a total of five), I have chosen to document how they integrate into our lives over the coming twelve months.

Rosie and Willow have just been re-homed with us, so this little record will give their loving former owner an insight into how they are settling.

Like the best ideas, this one is simple and I have to say, I’m looking forward to discovering if I have the perseverance of Lisa and Mark.
