Cosmo and Willow have worked out how to get up on to Ted’s cabin bed, which is about 150cm off the floor. It’s fun, because they use the ladder to get down again. Now the heating has gone off with the warmer weather, the cats are sleeping in lots of new spots.
Teddy climbed up and took today’s photograph himself.The vet we saw today told us that Malteser is improving on his steroids and anti-biotics. But he needs to take them for another week. Malteser won’t mind because it means we’ll have to give him lots more freshly cooked treats with the tablets hidden inside.
Plus… the vet is Spanish, from Las Islas Canarias. We said ¡Hasta Luego y gracias! at the end.
Teddy only realised he liked the cats a few months ago, so he hasn’t had much practice at picking them up. This picture from late last year shows Ted struggling to hold Cosmo, who is rather large and heavy. Luckily Cosmo is very patient too, so there are never any injuries, no matter how clumsy Ted may be.
Poorly Teddy and I are stuck at home today. Malteser has to be in on the cuddles.
