I’ve had a great day today. Really brilliant. Just before the midnight bell tolls, here are all four of our cats sneaking a sleep this morning on our unmade bed. I know, I know . . . how unhygienic.

Malty would just lie on my face and purr if I let him. This habit is the reason his previous owner took him to the vet to be put down. My own solution is just to close the bedroom door.

Malteser is too thin. We feed him up, give him treats and have asked the vet to check he’s alright, but he’s still too thin. We don’t know how old he is, so perhaps he’s just a skinny old cat.
