I like to bring a picture of handsome Winston to you on a regular basis. If you haven’t seen him before, he lives with Helen Daykin and is an Apricot Point Siamese. He’s grown-up now and his up-to-date pictures are equally beautiful. I might have to grant him his own tag …

Reading from left to right: Winston, Louis and Benny. They’re grown up now and Winston lives with Helen Daykin. This is Helen Daykin’s cat Bridget when she had a broken leg. She looks so miserable. She’s fine now, you’ll be pleased to know.

This utterly charming kitten is Winston. He is an adult now (see post 25/365) and adorns the home of Helen Daykin. His picture makes my hands itch to stroke him.

This splendid creature is Bridget who belongs to Helen Daykin. She’s pictured here supervising the snow. Helen tells me that Bridget is a one-woman-cat and if anyone else tries to stroke or cuddle her, she gets busy with her claws. Indeed, I gather the vet dons falconry gloves when she visits him. A formidable cat indeed.
Winston who we met on 25th January, also lives chez Helen.

Today I present Winston, who belongs to Helen Daykin. I think he looks utterly contented and comfortable in this very handsome portrait. Cats are very good at being happy, a skill I envy.
