Pushkin has passed away. An awfully sad day for all of us. I don’t have the heart to search for long for a photograph of him. This picture is from way back when Isobel was tiny and we were sitting outside enjoying the sunshine in the garden. Although I don’t look very cheerful . . .

These two comfortable and contented cats live with Nicki Allman. This is what she told me about them:
This is Rosie and Storm. 2 sisters. Mum was persian but as you can see dad must have been tabby. Both as different as you can imagine. Rosie is aggressive but sociable. Storm is gentle but quiet. And they never lie together!

A friend suggested that I dress the cats up now and then to add spice to my Cat A Day pictures. Here is a picture of Malteser last summer posing as a tough LA gangsta cat. He looks mean, but is actually bored and irritated. Nice of him to put up with us, I thought.
