Getting ready for school tomorrow. My class and I are a bit behind where we should be, but we enjoy our lessons and I think that’s just as important.
The mouse is saying “Cats are my favourite pets”. Somewhat unrealistic, in my view.

I have these mini-whiteboards I use in my lessons. Today two of my Year 9 boys doodled cats when we were in between activities. I know they aren’t Leonardo da Vinci, but I like them!

I’m proud of myself for surviving the first day of term. It’s always super-tiring when one gets back to the hurly-burly, but I have been under the weather for two or three months and I’m really feeling it. I’m a grumbling wimp.
Milka, on the other hand, is brimming with heath and energy. We took him for his three-day check-up after being neutered on Friday and he is already almost healed. As you can see, he wasn’t too keen to have his bum examined and climbed on me to escape.
On the way home, Milka was so ticked off that he hid underneath the cushion in his basket.
